All bookings, contracts and payments are made with TheCampBox Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in Scotland, United Kingdom. The Kilted Unicorn is our trading name for Scotland travel services in English-speaking markets.
Our regulatory status covers three UK regimes: package travel, data protection and consumer protection. All registrations below are current and can be verified at their respective public registers.
Our insurance policies cover client liability, employer liability, professional indemnity and legal expenses. Coverage levels are documented in Section 1.3 of our Terms & Conditions.

Two independent bodies audit our practice: Travelife for sustainability, VisitScotland for tourism quality. Both are publicly verifiable.

Any dispute, claim, controversy or cause of action arising out of or in connection with a booking is heard exclusively before the courts of Scotland sitting in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
For clients resident in the United States or Canada, additional provisions apply. Section 14 of our Booking Terms & Conditions establishes a three-stage consent mechanism (pre-contractual disclosure, dedicated booking-form tick-box, 7-day post-booking opt-out) and defines the scope of the jurisdiction and class action waiver.
